As a project manager, she leads cross-functional initiative while supporting her company’s leadership development and safety programs by ensuring every team member has the tools and motivation to excel. She thrives on meaningful experiences – whether on the water, playing soccer, or contributing to community service projects. As the oldest of four girls, she has developed a strong sense of leadership and responsibility, inspired by the support and example of her incredible parents.
